Refund Policy

1. No refunds for cancellations within 30 days of the event/workshop
All sales are final for cancellations made less than 30 days (one month) before the date of a workshop or event. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for cancellations within this window, regardless of the circumstances.

2. Refunds for cancellations outside the 30-day window
If you cancel your registration at least 30 days before the scheduled date of the workshop or event, you may be eligible for a refund, minus any applicable processing fees. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to orendafarmnc@gmail.com

3. Transfers and substitutions
You may transfer your registration to another person at any time prior to the event start date at no additional charge. All transfer requests must be made in writing via email to orendafarmnc@gmail.com

4. Cancellation by the venue
In the unlikely event that Orenda Farm must cancel or postpone an event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund. We are not responsible for any other costs, such as travel or accommodation expenses, incurred by the participant.

5. How to request a cancellation
To request a cancellation, please email orendafarmnc@gmail.com with your full name, the name of the workshop or event, and the date. You can expect a response within five business days.
